Hi, I’m Dr. Quinnett Swank, a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern in Las Vegas. You’re the one everyone counts on, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in the same relationship patterns (overthinking, people-pleasing, shutting down, or settling for less than you want). Therapy can help you slow down, understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and build new patterns that actually hold up in real life. I work with adult men and women navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and trauma-informed patterns that keep repeating. I also offer couples therapy for partners stuck in cycles of conflict or disconnection. Helping you to break unhelpful patterns, rebuild emotional safety, and feel close again.
