Accepting new pts. I’m a Stanford educated licensed Psychologist and specialize in OCD and anxiety along with ADHD and Autism. I conduct virtual neurodivergent- affirming adult ADHD and Autism assessments. My therapy approach uses science backed exposure/response prevention (ERP) for OCD. For ADHD we will create systems to reduce overwhelm and increase self-regulation & self-compassion. Are you parenting special needs kids, including PDA? I have lived experience raising neurodivergent kids. My therapy approach incorporates goal-focused CBT/ERP/DBT while we explore your deeper values and identity.
