I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in treating psychological trauma and complex PTSD. I also have advanced training in perinatal mental health and supporting parenting relationships. If you've struggled with pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum mental health conditions, motherhood/birth parent identities, body image, breastfeeding, work/life balance, or shifts in your sense of self, I can help. I work with both individuals and couples and can offer you a trusting, safe space in which to explore your struggles. I also support those who are considering family planning or preparing for their baby's birth.
