About
Hi! I’m Rachel. I support adults and teens (16+) in working through neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism), trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, sexuality, and gender. My client are often people who’ve learned to appear ‘fine’ on the outside while quietly feeling like they don’t quite fit in. Whether you’re figuring out who you are, unlearning old messages, or trying to thrive in a world that feels like it was not built for you, I aim to create a space in therapy to explore it all. I affirm all identities and experiences (LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, kinky, etc.) and approach therapy through a lens of social justice and equity. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while integrating other approaches as needed. I want to help you connect to your values, notice your thinking patterns, and feel more grounded in your emotions and identity. My style is rooted in openness, humor, and sincere empathy, and I’m not afraid to challenge you when it helps you grow.
