About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides warm and compassionate therapy for adolescents and adults. I offer individual and family therapy, as well as dialectical behavior therapy skills training, prenatal and postpartum support, parenting skills, and consultation services. I take an active role in guiding treatment and believe that the foundation of therapy is finding someone you can open up to and feel supported by. I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where we work together to reduce distress and develop plans that will create positive changes.
