Hello, I currently offer telehealth and in-person services for adults seeking individual therapy (telehealth only in NE). I have a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. I am an authentic, down-to-earth person who wants to empower each client. I feel very honored to hear each person's story, help them work towards their goals, and love themselves as a whole person.
