I subscribe to a holistic, Humanistic approach to therapy, frequently incorporating into my practice methods such as psychodynamic, mindfulness, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy, among others. I treat all of my clients with unconditional positive regard and provide a safe, judgment-free zone that fosters healing. I specialize in working with adult clients, as well as couples via Telehealth. I have had success working with clients on anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+ related, relationship, trauma, daily life stressors, and addiction issues, amongst others. I will help you nurture the strength that is already within you. If you have Partnership or would like a reduced private pay rate of $135/individuals, $165/couples, you can work in-person with my incredible Associate, Shaina Burnette, AMFT 145695. She offers a warm, collaborative therapy style that draws from parts-based therapy, somatic awareness, and insight-oriented approaches for teens, adults, couples and families.
