I'm Dr. Tobi and I specialize in working with adults presenting with anxiety, family or relationship issues, childhood and relational trauma (including narcissistic abuse), codependency, people-pleasing, self-esteem issues, & dating challenges. My approach to therapy involves a holistic and collaborative process; we will work together on your personal journey of growth, change, and empowerment. I integrate multiple therapeutic modalities to best fit your individual needs, including CBT, DBT, internal family systems, psychodynamic, and attachment-based approaches. I also emphasize the importance of regulating the nervous system.
