Through collaboration, our work will focus on gaining awareness into patterns and dilemmas, and using your fundamental strengths to lead a meaningful life and cope with the stressors that inevitably come with it. A main focus of my work is to maintain an empathic, warm, and non-judgmental approach as the complex pieces of your story are shared over time.
