Hi, I'm Dr. Rannia, a doctoral-level consultant and an executive functioning coach! My ideal clients are neurodivergent teens and adults, late-diagnosed individuals, and caregivers who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or unsupported by traditional systems. They struggle with daily functioning—regulation, routines, follow-through, identity, and understanding why things feel harder despite effort. They want practical, real-life support, clarity, and tools that work for their brain. Their goal is stability, self-understanding, and sustainable ways to function and live well without being pathologized.
