As a first-gen college grad committed to Civil Rights, my work is inspired by those who fight for equality and justice. I specialize in affirming and empowering Black, Latine/a/x, Indigenous, Asian American & Pacific Islander (AAPI), and other People of Color, as well as LGBTQIA+ communities. I provide a therapeutic space that acknowledges the challenges and strengths of overcoming adversity. I focus on helping individuals understand the intricate relationships between their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns through a strength-based lens.
