I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, compassion fatigue, relationship and parenting issues, spiritual conflicts, depression, and anxiety. With a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body and spirit, our goal will always be to heal the way you want to heal. I will also make it my priority to create a safe and nonjudgmental place for you to address any issues. I utilize EMDR, mindfulness, DBT, narrative therapy and other trauma-informed therapies to meet my clients where they are in their journey.
