About

My practice is focused on providing individual therapy to adults experiencing mental health issues. Since obtaining my perinatal mental health certification in 2021, I have treated a number of women before, during and after pregnancy. I also enjoy working with fathers and other non-gestational parents. My ideal clients are those willing to be introspective, challenged and open to feedback. Furthermore, they are motivated to implement acquired skills and practice self-care in between sessions. Sometimes laughter can be the best medicine, so I work best with people that appreciate my sense of humor and active involvement in session!
