My name is Dr. Rebecca Definbaugh. I am a licensed clinical psychologist who uses a variety of clinical techniques and evidence based practices to help meet my clients’ needs. I believe that it is important to build a strong therapeutic relationship that leaves clients feeling safe, heard, supported, and encouraged in order to accomplish their goals. I work with a variety of clients with a variety of challenges. I specialize supporting clients with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, pregnancy/postpartum, parenting, grief, marital issues and an array of life stressors.
