In my work, I focus on the concept of hope. I find unique strengths within each individual and family. My clinical social work practice includes working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and panic; phobias; acute and chronic illness; addiction -related stressors; grief; and relationship concerns. I focus on the therapeutic alliance and look for opportunities to build on clients' strengths while working to create deeper connections and meaning throughout the lifespan. I work to create a safe space to begin the process of change. I appreciate my clients’ commitment and investment to the work. My treatment modalities span EMDR, Ego States, Relational, and MI. I graduated from Bryn Mawr and have held a clinical license since 2008. My clinical training was at Penn Med and my clinical doctorate was obtained at The University of Pennsylvania. I am EMDR trained and certified by EMDRIA. I am affiliated with Spring Health EAP.
