I am a New York limited permit psychologist providing affirming therapy for neurodivergent adolescents & adults and those with chronic illnesses in New York, including NYC, with a focus on ADHD, autism (ASD), chronic illness (e.g., Long COVID), anxiety, & depression. In our work together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using a collaborative, flexible, and skills-based approach that supports motivation, follow-through, and growth while affirming who you are as an individual.
