I strive to help adults and older adults achieve balance through therapy. I am licensed in Maryland, Delaware, DC and Virginia and I have been a Medicare provider since 2009. Through my experience in working with adults and older adults, I am aware of the unique challenges that they encounter during these stages of life. In my practice, I focus on one's strengths and I help clients to recognize their own distinct set of coping skills to live the good quality of life that they deserve to live. I provide Telehealth via Zoom to allow clients the ability to receive support in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
