Life is constantly changing and requires us to do so as well. I am here to help! My approach as a clinician is warm, supportive and direct. My orientation is psychodynamic. I provide a safe, professional environment for clients to explore the issues that are causing difficulty in achieving happiness, goals and objectives. Realizing that people have many roles in their life and need balance, I teach coping skills and how to deal with everyday stresses and relationships. The goal is to bring balance to one's sense of self. Let's turn negative to positive and let go of the anger, guilt and shame that impedes moving forward.
