Welcome and thank you for choosing to learn more about how I can support your healing journey. I have been pleased to work with diverse populations including individuals (adults, adolescents, and children), families, and Veterans experiencing imbalances that are created by life stressors and trauma. I’ve also assisted families and parents in implementing parenting skills and strengthening child and family relationships. By utilizing the preferred frameworks, clients will begin to pair strategies and skills with skills they already possess for mental health stability.
