Challenges come and go, however, when our stressors, anxieties, or unwanted behaviors start making us feel bad about ourselves or never ending, it can become overwhelming. It can be hard to reach out for help, and I applaud you for taking the first step in your mental health. I enjoy supporting others by standing next to them in their journey and I love that my profession allows me to do that. I specifically specialize in substance abuse and assist with its various co-occurring disorders. Through collaborative exploration, my goal is to help you build increased self-awareness and form new understandings of your past and present.
