We all want to find peace in the word we live in, as such I am focused on a practice which explores the strengths within individuals in order to find balance, improve confidence/self-esteem, and instill positivity. My clients are generally seeking support in stress management, emotion regulation, relationship issues, feelings of loneliness, worry, and/or fear.
