My ideal client is someone who’s used to being “the strong one” but is tired of carrying everything alone. They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves while still showing up for everyone else. They want to feel more grounded, confident, and supported. Their goals include healing past hurts, setting boundaries, managing stress in healthier ways, and finding peace. Most of all, they want a safe space to be real and to finally put themselves first.
