I work with women and men ranging in age from adolescents to Senior citizens. I gently work to build a trusted relationship where you will be understood and come to understand yourself. I have helped individuals from different walks of life navigate when they feel lost or when they are overwhelmed with trauma, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and anxiety, using a multicultural and person-centered approach.
