Life sometimes doesn't go as planned and some challenges can benefit from an experienced guide. I am a specialist in treating trauma and in working with couples. I seek to help develop the tools needed by each unique client using evidence-based approaches balanced with patience, warmth, and enthusiasm. I try to meet each person where you are, discover the strengths within, and focus on helping you live a life based on what you value. I believe communication and boundaries are vital in all relationships and try to provide a supportive, encouraging, sometimes light-hearted, and non-judgmental space for exploration and healing for all.
