I am a dedicated Mental Health Therapist committed to providing compassionate care and support to my clients. I bring not only education, but also meaningful life experiences to my work, which allow me to connect with clients in an authentic and understanding way. Holding a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Psychology, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered techniques, to name a few; to guide the therapeutic process. I am passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, with compassion, honesty, and practical support. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. I understand the impact that our familial, cultural, and societal environments have on our day-to-day lives, and I provide a space in which you feel valued and heard while helping you set and achieve your therapeutic goals.
