Dr. Zapp received a Master of Arts in Psychology degree from Pepperdine University and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), San Diego campus. She has been a licensed psychologist in California since 2001 and a licensed psychologist in Wyoming since 2019.
