My mission is to provide nurturing and supportive mental health services that improve my clients’ quality of life, emotional balance, and sense of well-being. Mental health is essential to individuals’ overall health and wellness. I treat my clients as partners, working together to develop strategies and implement tools to overcome challenges. I have over 15 years of experience as a mental health professional. My tailored mental health services include psychotherapy and interventions to address social anxiety disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, anger management issues, depression, general anxiety, and PTSD.
