Dr. Rosella Collins-Puoch provides therapy in a safe and caring environment to enable her clients to comfortably work through and discover solutions to their personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding, she works to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. She integrates evidence-based methodologies such as psycho-dynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and trauma therapy, as well as other techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to her clients’ needs. For over 25 years, Dr. Collins-Puoch has worked with a wide range of populations, including those struggling with mental health issues, addiction, trauma, and other complex issues.
