As a therapist, I have the privilege of working with individuals and families during some of the most challenging and meaningful moments in their lives. Whether I’m working with a child overwhelmed by big emotions, a teen navigating identity and peer pressure, a young adult feeling stuck or anxious about the future, or a parent exhausted from trying to hold it all together,I’m here to help them find clarity, connection, and calm. At the core, my clients need a space where they feel seen, safe, and supported,without judgment. They need someone who will listen carefully, reflect honestly, and help them make sense of their experiences.
