You can learn to honor yourself, live your truth, and enjoy fulfilling relationships. Of course, making that happen requires your commitment and effort. I'll provide safe, non-judgmental listening and proven tools; you bring willingness and commitment to change. I am a gender-affirming advocate for LGBTQ+ people and families. Sessions can be conducted via telemedicine, in-person or by phone.
