I am a Staff Psychologist at McLean Hospital and an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. I earned my PhD at Boston University and completed my clinical training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I have expertise in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, self-harm behaviors, and suicidal ideation. My approach to therapy is active and collaborative and former patients have appreciated my kindness, warmth, patience, knowledge, and sense of humor.
