Dr. Abraham holds a Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida and is licensed to practice mental health (LCSW) and substance abuse/addiction (CAP) therapy in Florida. Dr. Abraham has extensive training and experience in various counseling techniques, including treatment methods endorsed by the American Psychiatric Association and the World Health Organization, such as EMDR (for PTSD and other trauma-related disorders), Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic Approaches, and other traditional treatments for mood disorders, relational issues, and different addictive behaviors.
