Many of my clients are adults and teens who feel overwhelmed by stress, major transitions, or the pressure to manage multiple roles at once. They may be navigating burnout, identity shifts, family or work changes, school or college challenges, or feeling disconnected from themselves. What they want most is stability, clarity, and a supportive space where they can regroup, feel understood, and move toward a healthier and more grounded version of their life.
