I hold a PhD in Psychology and an MPhil in Genetics and Computer Sciences, allowing me to approach mental health concerns through scientific and psychological lenses. My work integrates evidence-based therapy including EMDR, trauma-informed care, and treatment for anxiety and depression, with spiritual insight when desired.
