Life is full of transitions — growing up, figuring out who you are, building relationships, and finding your path. Therapy can be a space to untangle the pressures, quiet self-doubt, and learn to trust your own voice. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotion dysregulation, and identity development. With advanced training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I help clients understand their experiences and develop practical tools for growth. I am also a certified prolonged exposure therapist and consultant. This is an evidence-based intervention for PTSD which works to reduce and/or eliminate trauma-symptoms.
