I am a New York-based licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds at all levels of care. My goal as a therapist is to offer you a space where you can feel heard, supported and empowered. I have specialized training in DBT and EFT. I work with adults struggling with relationship issues, anxiety and depression, out-of-control emotions, grief and loss, ADHD, eating and body image issues and life transitions. I also work with couples in distress to help them break free from unhelpful patterns of communication and begin to feel connected again.
