I offer virtual therapy for adults, couples, adolescents, and children, providing flexible, convenient support in the comfort of your own space. I have worked for over twenty years in a school setting with middle and high school students and their families. I also have had my own practice for nineteen years where I see clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, stress, relationship issues, as well as career and educational concerns.
