With a rich background at multiple community mental health clinics and some of California's most renowned children's hospitals, I'm well-versed in therapy services designed to help youth build strong emotional foundations and develop the insight they need to thrive. My clients tend to be young adults troubled by relationship difficulties, social pressures, academic/career responsibilities, and tumultuous life transitions. Many have the basic skills for managing life's challenges, but continue to feel "stuck" or unfulfilled.
