Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or depressed? I work with adult clients to develop skills to enhance their ability to cope with stressors, manage their symptoms of mental illness, and find healthier ways to balance life’s needs. I am passionate about empowering the strengths and supporting the goals of the individuals I serve. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based, holistic approach to counseling to focus treatment on your entire self rather than only addressing the symptoms you may be currently experiencing. I am also a Missouri State approved supervisor for pre-licensed counselors seeking LPC licensure.
