Dr. Macias loves walking alongside people as they move toward the life they want to live. So many of us are far harsher on ourselves than we would ever be with others. Therapy becomes a place to soften that inner voice, build self-compassion, and learn to treat ourselves with kindness. She is passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships—learning healthier communication, coping skills, and boundary-setting so they can feel more connected, confident, and supported.
