I am the founder of Elara Clinical & Forensic Psychology and a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience conducting forensic evaluations for both criminal and civil matters. My work includes mental health diversion, risk assessments, mitigation, PC 288.1, competency to stand trial, personal injury, fitness for duty, and others. I also have a unique area of expertise in firearm-related evaluations, including CCW (concealed carry) assessments and restoration of rights evaluations. My evaluation process is comprehensive, evidence-based, and defensible in court. I also provide expert witness testimony and consultation.
