Struggling with emotion dysregulation (e.g., high emotional sensitivity and slow return to baseline) can feel very overwhelming and often leaves an individual feeling as if they are "a tulip in a rose garden." Dr. Lyndon specializes in the treatment of emotion dysregulation (including personality disorders, life threatening or life interfering behaviors, etc.) through Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
