Throughout my career I have been committed to helping my clients live an authentic and fulfilling life. My clients include individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, feelings of helplessness, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and challenges arising from life transitions. With empathy, sensitivity, and respect, I work with my clients to help them move forward and discover joy in their lives. Drawing on my extensive training as a psychotherapist and PhD in clinical social work, I practice using a wide range of psychotherapeutic modalities. I strongly believe that each client is unique, and I customize my treatment to your specific needs.
