About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with five years of experience providing therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. I help clients manage anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and anger by building healthy coping skills and improving emotional regulation in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Walden University, an M.A. in Community Counseling from Argosy University, and a B.S. from Life University. My integrative approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, person centered therapy, existential therapy, and Gestalt therapy. I am committed to culturally responsive, evidence
