I have over 15 years of experience assisting, encouraging, and coaching clients towards success. Like many, I have experienced some very trying times, loss of loved ones, personal challenges, and many gains personally and professionally, so I am trained both formally and informally in helping my clients sustain healthy mindsets as they achieve their next levels of success! Growth is truly an empowering process and I am honored to be able to weave my passion into my purpose while helping my clients reach their next level of success. I believe millennials have unique therapy needs. The central difference between millennials and previous generations is how they communicate. This generation deserves a tailored approach and therapists who are able to relate to young adults' concerns others might dismiss. I aim to meet people where they are; not try to change them.
