My role is to help you identify what is getting in the way of living out your values each day, and to help you gradually remove those barriers. If you aren't sure what you hope to get out of therapy but just want to feel better, we'll work together on a plan towards increased wellness that fits for you. (Please note that I am a PSYPACT credentialed therapist, meaning that I am available to treat clients via telehealth across PSYPACT participating states).
