We cannot always change what life gives us, but we can change how we engage with challenges in order to feel more empowered & happier. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore yourself and collaboratively work through elements that are keeping you stuck in feelings of distress, trauma, or recurrent conflicts with loved ones.
