In the present times, parents/caregivers and families are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to balance living a busy, modern life and helping their children and adolescents who are dealing with mental health and school challenges. I would love to support you and your family. I believe in empowering you and/or your child with tools to thrive in life. I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents, parents, and families, well as educational and parent consultation. My extensive training and experience in education make my practice unique. I offer an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each client.
