Hello! I’m Sierra Trudel, PhD, a licensed professional counselor, certified school psychologist, and certified yoga teacher based in Connecticut. I use a variety of therapeutic and mind-body health techniques to provide clients with holistic care. I believe in using strengths-based approaches to tackle life’s challenges and firmly believe that relationships are the foundation of impactful care. Relationships include those with the self, others, the community, and our environments. I specialize in supporting children and adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) through a holistic, affirming lens. I work to uncover and amplify strengths while helping clients build tools for focus, self-regulation, and self-understanding.
