Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by depression, self-doubt, or patterns in relationships they can’t seem to break. They may have grown up in environments where their feelings weren’t validated or their needs weren’t met, and now they’re trying to navigate adulthood while carrying old wounds they never had the chance to heal. They want to feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to themselves and others.
